This was take while in Vlora, Albania, it's my sister.
It's a very pretty place and i was born there, but the country itself isn't properly looked after, there is a big gap between the poor and the rich, and in some places it's just filthy.
If you go to the right places though it's an amazing country, just not well run.
Long exposure, had to lighten the picture up a bit it was still too dark and unfortunately I had my ISO settings wrong and thus explaining the high levels of graininess.
