meet the police
a message of fear and intimidation throughout the city of seoul.....not my kind of jibe...at all.
i still can't get over the massive amount of police that the government has posted throughout the city of seoul. these are just a few of the literally hundreds around city hall on a saturday night. if they're trying to make a statement, they are doing just that.
