Wonderful shot! I wish I could eat eggs but have to watch my cholesterol...Our morning breakfast consists of oatmeal with skim milk and two tablespoons of ground flaxseed on top...juice,1 slice of toast with smart balance and regular coffee....We have this every morning...love it!
