Vegan for 21 days

Taking the vegan quick start for 21 days can really open people up to food choices that they normally don't try. The following was my breakfast, much better than dry cereal.

Fresh homemade hamburger bun, garden grown tomato, lettuce, roasted red bell pepper hummus, fresh cracked sea salt, and fresh ground Italian seasoning.
