had to show off my scar..rectus abdominis was taken to salvage my right leg, post serious motorcycle accident..hot shot assisting surgeon stated after I woke up "good thing your surgeon knew what he was doing or he could have easily nicked the bowel". I'm no rocket scientist but I knew right away if in fact that did happen the contents spilled would put me into septic shock...
