Phantom of the Capitol
New York's Capitol Building has legend upon legend of ghost stories.
My favorite is the legend of Wilken Dexter O'Shaughnessy, one of many stone carvers who worked on the building from 1869 to 1899, and who's spirit is sometimes seen masturbating on the staircase landing shown here.
Beat that.

I'm gonna take the "beat it" challenge with this: Wilken Dexter O'Shaughnessy's legendary activities created new slang phrases that are still used to this day. Who can forget, "He flogged his willy," and, "His dexterity and control of his willy was amazing."
Just thought I'd toss that out there.....sorry to soil your picture. -

How can my shots be soiled? I needed that laugh Rob, thanks!
