I've got to agree with some of the others--I think it's a great photo and catches the moment in a really good way. But I don't think it's symbolic of decay.

Inspired me to be alert to great shots and grab them fast.
Here is beautiful model in a good, natural pose with good setting and lighting. (Looking at pretty girls is not "decay", or else I am in trouble.) -
