No. 18.30 PM. Sometimes it is not that the photo stays badly or is unbalanced (as AF comments in the photo of the statue / tree), sometimes simply one realizes that the photo that he has is not the photo that he saw.

the shadows at the top, to me, imply a mid day sun. the shadows at the bottom are a late afternoon sun.
I liked how the stripped sticker is missing on one of the garbage bins and the tires are rotated different ways. the two windows that are covered and the odd white mark. when I take a photo I only look for one or two things that "catch my eye" (or just plain luck). again thanks for posting these photos. -
