Shrimp Creole

1 ½ cups chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
2 diced green peppers
1 cup baby shrimp
2 tsp chopped or dried parsley
Cook in ¼ cup butter
Stir in I can pureed tomatoes
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
Cayenne to taste
2 bay leaves

Let simmer 1 hour

serve with rice
