On a cool, windy, cloudy evening in Manhattan, NY, I photographed this woman in a stunning green dress and scarf in very low light with her dog. Lighting was a combination of natural light, plus a battery-powered off-camera flash (Vivitar 285HV) on a light stand. Camera was a Canon EOS 20D, the lens was a Tamron 18-200mm Di-II and the exposure was 1/40th sec. at F/6.3 and ISO 400.
