The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places..
yea, I have a goodly heritage...Psalm 16:6

We had a little break from the rain we've had the last 4 days so I ran behind the house and decided the fallen Plum Tree needed company:) Gophers had dug into the roots of the tree some time back which is why it is leaning over now...(It still bears plums in the summer). .I picked a couple of apples from another tree nearby to snack on... As you notice it is cold enough to wear a jacket now.

Falling raindrops
Leaves heritage
And all its worth
In goodly crops;
Keeping company
In pleasant places
To not upstage
The fallen Plum Tree.
Each touch bases
To enrich and reign.
Their lines maintain
O' Mother earth....

    As always, your lighting is fantastic! I am glad the rain let up so you could enjoy the outside. A wonderful sp!

    So lovely. The privilege of living in this great nation is a "goodly heritage" (IMHO). Thanks.

    I agree with both!! esp. about the lighting and the resultant colors. Too bad about the cold weather...we had 75 degree temps this afternoon.

    Beautiful Fall shot with the apples, Andrea. Your jacket looks wonderful from down here in FL, where the heat index is reaching almost 100 deg. This too shall pass. :-)
