This girl's stern look, maybe appropriate for the day, caught my eye from a long way's away. I'd like to think she was into the parade, with a look of gritty determination. She probably was just a bit grumpy from walking so far in the sun, holding up her school's banner, and marching with the discipline someone so young could muster.
