"controlling my feelings far too long"?
Is this supposed to be a metaphor for domestic violence? -

Very impressive shot, considering your 18~55mm focal lenght, which I really like ~vs~ the typical long focal length of nature shots ... really imparts a feeling of reality; of being there in the midst of the fray! Where these birds attacking you?

Thank you all for your appreciation! I've taken this in a recovery shelter for birds of prey. It's sadly impressive how many injured birds there are there. Some of them will never be able to fly again and will have to live in a cage but the people working in this facility do their best to set them free when recovered.
Christopher, nope, I didnd't mean to shoot a metaphor for violence. The hawks were having a daily "flying lesson" in order to be free as soon as possible and I caught them while flying in front of where I stood. -
