Start'em off young
Tradition is ingrained early in militaristic Mexican prep schools. I asked my gf how a country where education and tradition to excellence is held in such high regard, can be so messed up, at least to an outsiders pov. Simply put, there is little free education and little system of scholarships for higher education. Again, as with many other things, the future is in their hands.
In Mexico, I am known as a "lisensiado", or someone who is licensed to do something that required education and a "maestro" or teacher. Both terms carry incredible weight and respect that I still deny. I understand had my grandfather not decided to move over fifty years ago, I would not even been eligible for this parade.
