If you every have the need, nay the burning desire to get away from it all. Get in your car and drive north over a long Holiday weekend. Get on the Cassier Highway and drive to Alaska. Make sure you and your car are up to the challenge, because there are no cell phones that work there no one can call you and you can summon no help. But you will see the Earth unspoiled by the block after block of strip malls. Remember i9f you survive it come back and thank me.

Nice. I rode my bicycle down the Cassiar Highway back in '78. We drove it again in '96. A beautiful road. I second the recommendation. Yellowhead 16, where the S-C terminates on the south end is a great drive too.
