Great Horned Owl 1
To me, great horned owls look miffed. :-) This one is a permanent resident at the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park. He shares his habitat with another permanently injured great horned owl.

This is my favorite! I really like the composition, with the different angles of the logs and the angle of the owl's head. Excellent shot!

He does looked a little ill. LOL! This is a fantastic shot Judy!! They have them in double cages at the rescue place here and it is almost impossible to get a good capture.

What a grand bird he is. When I was doing Birds of Prey they would sometimes use these guys as surrogate parents.
