This photograph is from the Relics series of a body of work I have on my site called Chasing Deceleration. Here's a little description of Relics, which puts the image more in the context of Nostalgia:
RELICS
We are entering an age when we can no longer take even flowers and animals for granted. This series of photographs portrays current elements of our ecosystem as if they were relics of another time.

Voted. It is good for Nostalgia because the photo detaches a perfume that many roses of nowadays have lost.
