I Wanna New Lens
It's simply too dangerous to pursue the grizzly munk this closely.
I need to get a longer lens.

Nice sharp portrait of this dangerous rodent Kevin. Saving my pennies for a 500mm prime myself.

Maybe you could get a government grant for your work in this field! Then your wish would be granted, so to speak. Nice fall foliage and munk.

Had a close call today - while out talking to my neighbor one cruised by on the overhead electrical wires. Damn, they are getting nervy. If this continues we will soon be overrun with the devils. Keep up the good work Kabuki - it will help us to understand their ways and estimate their range. These reports as to their whereabouts could spare lives some day. Please be careful, and pass along to others your reconnaissance skills as you go.

Speaking of being relieved - I soiled my shorts when I came upon this frightening photo. The Monk has lovely plumage though...quite well camouflaged .....
