Good apples in November
After they stop growing
Is a month to remember...
A reason to smile.
As it is oft' snowing
Where we live..
And it sticks
Around for awhile.
I don't know why
The best of the picks
Are too high above...
But who doesn't love
To eat apple pie?

Delightful poem and gorgeous SP, Andrea. Brings back so many wonderful memories, including apple picking on crisp fall days and my mother's homemade simmering apple sauce and baking apple pies
