Organic Eggs with Cilantro
Ingredients:
4 large organic eggs
1 clove organic garlic, minced .
1/4 cup chopped fresh organic cilantro.
sea salt and organic pepper to taste.
1 tablespoon organic virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly chopped organic parsley.
Directions:
Whisk together eggs and garlic until smooth; add cilantro and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat skillet. Pour in egg mixture and cook to desired degree of doneness, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
Eggs is one of my son's fovorite dish. Its lunch time here. My son goes to a culinary HS in NYC. This is part of his uniform.
