Sticky Lemon Chicken
If you love an image (whether it's yours or someone else's) and want to make sure others get a chance to see it, you can “feature” it by choosing the “Spotlight” button.
When an image is Spotlighted, it receives enhanced visibility in premium spots throughout the site. Spotlighted images are rotated through these higher-visibility positions to ensure the best opportunity for the images to be seen by JPG users.
If you see a great photo that would make a perfect entry for one of our Shoot Out photo contests but it was uploaded by another user, now you can enter that photo in the contest and, if it wins, you get to share in the contest winnings.
Like a photo editor, if you've got an eye for great work, find it and submit it to a contest. If it wins, since you staked the entry fee, you'll take home part of the prize (the rest, of course, goes to the member who shot the image).
Collections are a JPG+ feature. You must be a JPG+ member to create new collections and to add photos to collections.

I can cook, but canâ€™t say Iâ€™ve ever experienced the â€˜joy of cookingâ€™. I accepted years ago that cooking just isnâ€™t my thing. I, though, really appreciate good food and the creativity involved in preparing a delectable meal. Thankfully, Fred (my husband), loves to cook and is soâ€¦.good at it. Among his hits is Sticky Lemon Chicken, a mouthwatering Gordon Ramsey creation.
Sticky Lemon Chicken

Whole Chicken cut into 8 to 10 pieces
2 - 3 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
3 - 4 tbsp Honey
1 Lemon, sliced into thin slices
splash Sherry Vinegar
as reqâ€™d Olive Oil
as reqâ€™d Water (minimal to keep some liquid in pan)
1 bu. Fresh Thyme (lemon thyme if available)
1 bu. Parsley (flat leaf)
As reqâ€™d Salt and Pepper (sea salt and fresh ground pepper)
â€¢ Start frying chicken in Olive Oil
â€¢ After 5 minutes add soy sauce
â€¢ Add splash of sherry vinegar
â€¢ Once chicken has some color, add lemon slices and juice from end cuts
â€¢ Add a bit of water as needed. Donâ€™t boil chicken, just keep liquid in pan
â€¢ Add fresh thyme, snipping with scissors into fine pieces
â€¢ Cook until color is rich and golden
â€¢ Drizzle on honey and finish cooking â€“ 5 minutes
â€¢ Roll and chop parsley. Add, stir in and let rest
Potatoes (Fresh Champ)
â€¢ Cook potatoes, drain and let dry a bit
â€¢ Rice the potatoes
â€¢ Add heavy cream
â€¢ Whip in dollop of butter and chopped spring onion greens
Serve chicken over mashed potato. Garnish with cooked lemon slices and drizzle on juice from pan.
