Put salted water to boil.
Separate yolk from white in one egg, save white.
Sautee bacon pancetta in a frying pan. When done, put in some garlic in bacon fat, then the egg white and some of the pasta water, until the egg white i cooked, remove pan from stove.
When the spaghetti is done, put the bacon and spaghetti in the pan and toss with grated parmesan and cracked pepper.
Put in serving bowl, and put the yolk on top.
I always grate som extra parmesan, grind some pepper and put some herbs or veggies on, like basil and tomato.
