The only lebanese dish i know how to make.
1- Peel the eggplant.
2- slice the eggplant lengthways.
3- salt it and then deep fry it.
4- grate the tomatoes
5- place the egg plant slices at the base of a baking tray.
6- cover it with the tomato sauce and a bit of garlic.
7- put in the oven until it boils.
8- served cold.
et viola, a healthy vegeterian meal.
