That's right-- Any time there's a storm brewing in the area, it's time to get the camera ready for showtime.
Best time for outdoor photography in my opinion of course.
I got lucky here with a small break in the clouds for just enough time to fire off a few shots.

You are a master of light! This photo is excellent! Are you using a filter to achieve the warm tones you are getting? I agree about storms and the coastline at sunset. It always makes for a fantastic picture! So, yes, this gets my vote!

No warming filter for this one. Just tinkered the WB until it looked warm enough to me. I did however use a 3 stop reverse ND grad to help balance things out near the horizon.
