took this one two days ago at a relative's place..
on a rainy day three days ago, i desperately wanted to do some outdoor shooting with fellow photographers, but my hectic shifting schedule did not allow for that..
went to a relative's place for lunch where i started photographing their kids :) the idea was to frame them in window frames, thinking it would be a good composition exercise...
this is ahmed, he showed up out of no where in one of the windows while i was busy snapping his elder brother and sister :)
his posture, position and expression appealed to me greatly and, without tipping him off, i ended up taking his photo :)
the post processing included some slight cropping and some tilt adjustment :)
now some technical bits:
to make sure there were no shutter-speed-related issues, i chose to shoot in shutter priority with the shutter speed set to 1/100s.. and since i was shooting RAW, i chose ISO 1600, to acquire as much of the luminance as possible and to get a nice grain for the black and white photo :)
this is a personal favorite of mine :)
thanks for viewing :) let's see what you think :)

i think it's amazing! beautiful black and white, perfect framing and the kid's expression is adorable and very natural.
