With the right time of day, angle and crop, you can see paradise in even the worst of tourist warehouses.
This is sa Arenal on Mallorca, Spain, where mostly Germans and Brits go for a beach holiday.
Not a place that I can go on and on about and quite the opposite of "off the beaten track". But if you look carefully, you can find beauty in what appears as nasty hot tarmac.
If you ever end up there, I urge you to see the rest of the island, though.
