The Ontario Coalition Against Poverty (OCAP), organized a "Mass panhandle in the Business District's PATH Underground" to bring attention to the plight of the city's homeless - A lack of affordable housing and severe cuts to social services has helped to create a crisis for the homeless of our city.
Demonstrators and the homeless alike, panhandled throughout the day in the busy underground 'mall'.
