Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

We're back!! I'm a little late in posting this, and I have to admit, this is the first one where I have needed help to take the photo. I tried putting the remote in my mouth, but my sweater kept getting in the way, so I finally asked Jimmy to actually push the shutter button.
I thought I had nailed the shot last Saturday, but, go figure.....I didn't quite have it right. At first I was going to try to accomplish the requested 'head stand', but that simply didn't work out, so I went with the 2nd 'hand stand' option. I'm telling you, trying to keep everyone satisfied is getting harder and harder, but I'll definitely keep trying until I get it right!!
