We have been neighbors for over 30 years. Frank is a talented golfer and artist, but what he's really good at is cooking. He's the kind of guy who can go into a restaurant and taste a sauce and tell not only what's in it, but what amount of each spice was used. I caught him making Hump Breakfast. It's what he and his wife often have on a Wednesday (Hump Day)...some Portuguese sausage, some potato, some green pepper, and some onion. When he finished with that it was time to make the hash.

Very interesting shot!! I'll bet he is an excellent cook...that sounds delicious! Hmmmmm, wonder if he uses that fire extinguisher often?? I like this a lot in B&W!!!

Ummm...about that fire extinguisher...Frank took it out when I asked if I could come over and take a pic of him cooking. I jokingly referred to the time years ago when he was dealing with some hot peppers on the stove and a small fire ensued that caused minor smoke damage to his kitchen. When I got there he told me to be sure I got the fire extinguisher in the pic.

I would bet there was a very tempting aroma in the house at that time. Wonderful capture, John, and entry. Did he give you any? Believe it or not, they sell Gaspar's linguica at our Publix Super Market.
