    Of the two versions of this shot, I prefer this one as it appropriately highlights the two classes of people. Presumably the "English" English, and the immigrants. Well done. The other focuses on the bobbies, and I'm not sure why given the title.

    the divide between colour mirrors the divide between society, also the juxtaposition of the people creates the feeling of a zoo, the b&w people being watch like animals behind a fence. I would advice that the use of the full black and white maybe a bit to obvious, instead you could try just masking of and de saturating the people, this would add a more subtle contrast that would lead to more intrigue for the viewer.
