I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.
This wisdom have I seen also under the sun, and it seemed great unto me...
This is a self portrait that I did while in the process of painting the frame of the clock two days ago. I decided that I would convert this portrait into black and white and add it to the Zoom theme since you can see the rapid movement of my hand while painting with the brush. I used a very slow shutter speed without flash to try and achieve the motion of my blurred hand.
Shutter speed 1/5 second
Focal length 32mm
I will do another self portrait for today as soon as I think of what to post:)) Not too much time left now of the 1/365 series photo diary....
I was asked by one of the members how I would interpret the bible verse I included for this page...I do not claim to have the answers in deciphering Bible verses but in my opinion I think it means when it is our time to leave this earth, it is God's decision and His plan...No matter what we as humans do to try to prolong life, the maker holds our destiny in His hands..but we have the choice to live the right life that is offered to us while we are alive, for our time on earth no matter how long or short is a gift.
