Yesterday morning I captured this front section of the old tufa farm house Fred and I live in. It sits atop a hill in Monterosi, Italy. The open door enters into our kitchen that’s a large tiled room with a fireplace. Once I’m settled, I’ll post some pictures of the inside of the house, as well as more of the outside.

These blue doors are so pretty.. especially with the old stone. Good to see your photos, Deborah.

Yes, the smoky blue against the stone is very lovely. Anxious to see more!

In the morning light the doors and shutters look blue, but they're a dark green.

I love the natural tones of the blocks and roof. The doors and shutters contrast nicely with the house.

What a beautiful charming building, I could live there quite easily:)

Beautiful old rock building. Deborah is it very old? Looking forward to seeing the inside. This is a lovely view...with the open welcoming door.
