Your empty room is like a graveyard.
All that remains is what I feel.
I visit by day:
Oh, the nighttime is just too hard.
The memories there,
they feel so real.
What would I have done,
had I had known?
The fear you'd leave,
had blinded me.
I think of you now:
Oh, how you would have grown.
What slowly dies,
this world...won't see.
There's a momentary lapse of reason,
inside this strange reality.
Sometimes a darkened-room can shine,
because your light's inside of me.
When you were here,
I had a home.
Now all that's left...
is left alone.
Here's all the space you needed, not like yesterday.
Now all I need...
is the room to walk away.
