This underpass is Krog Street in Midtown, Atlanta. I was trying to capture motion of light within the graffiti filled tunnel. Only to find out that there were two stop signs on either ends of the tunnel, restricting the traffic flow enough to where i couldn't get the shot i was looking for. Just as i was about to back up my things a huge Fire Truck came creeping by with lights and sirens wide open! So that's where the weird light effect came from. I called it quits after this one! I got what i came for!
