it's Official..There ARE places I can NOT take photos from
and this is one of them.
I got my first official NO trespass notice from a not so friendly yacht club member for taking this photo from the yacht club dock.
A yacht club that is subsidized with tax payer money..
They lease the water front from the city at a 1/10th of the market rate.

Did you say you were from JPG? It could have made a difference. Super shot, anyway!

Gary...it's a terrific shot. I was pounced on at the train station last year in my first no-photo "incident." I was with my poor mother. I was actually nearly pounced on by a security guard. They ALMOST took my memory card. Homeland Security issue apparently...I hadn't thought of it. Anyway I was actually questioned. The other incident involved me trying to take a photo of the cockpit of a plane, which of course in hindsight, was not such a bright idea on my part lol! I feel your pain!:)

Gorgeous shot, Gary! Too bad about the jerk from the club! I'm sure Dick will represent you when you file suit against them for misuse of your tax dollars!! ☺

Lesson for all the Kids out there..Ask permission before trespassing.
I actually could have avoided the hub bub with the "man" by getting permission first...
Sometimes the "do first, ask for forgiveness later" mantra isn't always the best idea.
YA Kathleen I got the "homeland security" line one time also..
it was in the Mall while I was waiting for my girls to come out of Victoria's secret..
I wasn't taking pics but had the camera around my next..
Thanks Susan, the pic was worth it,, but to get it I had to be a bit of a jerk also... -
