Old Portuguese men,
who sit side by side on street benches, looking identical. Their faces like weathered stoned walls, the time to watch them form their cracks.
They gather together talking about small town life and observing from waist level. Cigarette in hand after their morning espresso (or sometimes brandy) They never sit alone.
