This man was part of a work team of Brasilians that was completed the construction of a house for the grounds keeper of the local church, Igreja da Vinha (The Vineyard Church). The church is in Altamira, Para. It is right on the Xingu river. There are several Vineyard churches in Altamira as well as in other parts of Brasil and all over the world.
