Hoover Dam

I was literally on the edge for this badly stitched group of three pics. As I was hangin' over the wall and looking more than 700 feet down I was thinking "Damn, this would be a skateboarders wetdream."

Canon EOS 350D camera with a Sigma AF 18-200mm DC OS Zoom lens

3 March 2010

PS Only when I got back to RI and stitched the 3 pics together did I think, "Man, I'm glad some jerk didn't walk by and push me off when I took this."

I have it from close to the actual cement looking up from the bottom. I used a 20mm lens on a Nikon.

Your shot is ultra dramatic... and I love sepia, as you know ,John. Not bad for digital!

    BRAVO!!!

Great perspective and good stitching, love the sepia mood. I did a panorama with film several years ago and pasted 54 4x6 prints on a large board, the scariest picture I ever made, hanging my arms over the side!
