These were the foods we sell at the filipino food booth- multi-cultural festival.
Top left is called lumpia shianghai or eggroll. Next right is turon or banana fritters. Bottom, I'm sure you knew, barbeque pork marinated filipino way: Last at bottom right is the chicken adobo. We also have pansit or noodle.
All of these we cooked in the morning. We start preparation at 9 am to be ready at 12 noon (I'm at the school first thing in the morning, as early as 7am until 12 pm)...yeah,yeah I'm a dedicated chairperson, lol.
I posted this because some of you (like Minno) is not familiar with filipino foods.
