Palm reading in Hue, Vietnam.
Many foreign tourists flock to a century-old covered bridge outside Hue, Vietnam called Thanh Toan bridge not only to see one of the only two covered bridges in Vietnam, but to also get their fortune told by an old Vietnamese palmist.
Everyday, Tran Thi Dieu, 64, takes a trip to the Thanh Toan bridge to read the past, present and future of her foreign customers’ palms, in her pidgin English, which she picked up when she was young.
