If there is a cataclysm, any of that thing about the surface perhaps goes so far as to disappear... perhaps only there stay the remains of these underground places... perhaps there comes the day in which they study them like archaeological remains of another time and another culture... that's sad to turn out to be limited to the study of a parking lot...
