Hmmmm, as a Canadian and a photographer, I noticed this building in Cap Haitian, Haiti, right away. However, I was not too sure on the story since it is obviously abandoned and not the most fitting place for a business of this kind. It left me scratching my head... A google search turned up two photographers who had exhibited work at the partner organization in Ottawa, Canada, in the mid 1990s but that was it...
