When you get almost 17 inches of rain in a month you can begin to see water in places you have never seen water and when almost 9 of those 17 inches come in just two days...oh well...

You can just make out the electric wires used by Amtrak behind the house. When the tracks went under water Amtrak had to reroute its service to Boston through Springfield, MA instead of Providence, RI.
