Self portrait shot in Sag Harbor, Long Island, NY USA.

Against the wishes of my good friend who says an artist should "never give away their secrets" I decided I would like to share how I created this.

For this shot I started with a wedding dress that I designed and created but never wore for a wedding so I figured I should find some other good use for it besides letting it just hang in my closet. I used a tall, narrow stool to balance myself on and I draped the dress over the stool as much as possible. I took about 200 shots with my Canon Rebel xt on a timer. Even though I draped my dress over most of the stool I had to do just a bit of cloning in GIMP to remove the bit of the stool that was still visible. I ended up with aches in muscles I didn't even know I had and some interesting shots!

Also, there was quite a bit of falling into the leaves and laughing at myself. :)
