Photo taken at a school assembly in Okinawa, Japan.
The school year begins April, here.
Entering 1st grade is a big event and these students are being presented as the new arrivals.
Friends, family, the whole village crowds into the auditorium for a few hours of speeches, songs and all the usual crap you'd hear at a school function, anywhere in the world.
Just this one little guy stood out from the crowd and looked like he was happy to be there.
