Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

A RedBubble group I co-host is running a challenge:

The Challenge
For work shot between April 1-14

For those in the northern hemisphere it’s just starting to warm up and for those down under it’s still warm enough to be out and about with your cameras.

So for this challenge all we are asking is that you go out and shoot something fresh and new on the street for this challenge. Post your new image onto the bubble and then add it here.

I decided to post some photos of the recent flood.

Video of one of our neighbors boating down our flooded road:

LOL @ Regenia....hope your taxes don't go up!! Wonderful capture, in spite of the trouble all that water has caused.

It looks natural. Very placid and actually beautiful. It is strange to think of it as a disaster...at least from this beautiful shot.

In this gorgeous shot it is really hard to think of it as a disaster. Sure looks like a natural lake.
