Sunday, last week, found me racing a very big storm from Lake Tahoe to Mono Lake.
When I arrived snow was just starting to fall, and the Sierras were whited out, the wind was blowing hard and the lake was completely uninhabited.
I was amazed at the color of the water, and decided to try doing some mildly long exposures using my 2 8X ND filters stacked together and my new B+W Polarizer while keeping my f/stop at f/22.
This is a four second exposure, and the waves on the lake were strong enough to still show up. It was a great show.
