Dear J.L., my equipment is rather basic: a Panasonic LX3, an iMac and Photoshop (CS4), plus Color and Silver Efex Pro 3.0. That's it, I don't even own a flash, nor would I be able to make good use of it.

Birds and the bees, and flowers and the trees, and the moon up above, and a thing called "bugs doing it"! The colors are very striking. What lens did you use?

  • Marcus Hammerschmitt

Marcus Hammerschmitt   said (23 Aug 2010):

Dear Mark, I exclusively shoot with my trusty Panasonic Lumix LX3 (s. my answer to J.L.'s question above). EXIF data say "Maximum Lens Aperture: f/2.0 Focal Length (35mm Equiv): 28 mm", which I have to believe, since I don't know the first thing about camera optics.
