Continuing with my Italian people photo essay, here is a shot I took last spring as Fred and I wandered one of the twisting lanes of Vloterra, a captivating Tuscan hill town. When we came across this delightful scene, initially I was drawn to the abundant hair of this beautiful little girl. Then I noticed how much she wanted to pet the dog, while her mother chatted in Italian with the owner of the pooch.
In the Revealing Italian Threads photo essay.

So classic and heartwarming, Deb! Did it make you think of your little angels in Texas? This could have been shot anywhere in the world. I love your series, so much like Cartier-Bresson.
