this poor guy was a huge help to me. I was having my first bum day on my recent tour down the west coast. I was in Arcata CA and it was just one of those days where nothing seemed to hit the right groove. Probably just took me too long to find a coffee joint to pour some hot brown down my gullet. Minor car troubles. Sun was in my eyes. The check was in the mail.
Blah day.
I'm sitting in the parking lot of a grocery store contemplating what to whine about next when I look over and see this poor guy havin the same kinda day.
'Ain't so bad' I tell him in that telepathic way. Ain't so bad big guy'.
He telepathically ignored me. I pulled out the camera and popped this shot off.
and then... BING!
'riiiiiight! that's what I gotta do. That's how I can shake off this roadside malaise. Dummy! Take out the camera and go for a walk!'

Had a good day's shooting in Arcata after poochie here inadvertently reminded me to return the the zen centre of Trout.
